If you are in between sizes or closer to the larger size on the size guide provided, we could recommend you size up in our period swimwear as it is a slightly firmer fit than our period underwear. If you are unsure what size you are, we recommend you measure your waist (smallest part, usually at the belly button) and hips (largest part) and use those measurements (in cm) to compare to our size guide. For example, if your waist is 73cm and your hips are 102cm, you would most likely fit into the Australian size 12-14.
