    Here’s a simple meatball recipe for a yummy Saturday snack.

    You will need:
    • 1kg Minced meat (beef, lamb, turkey, pork, chicken)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp crushed garlic
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    1. Pre-heat oven to 230 degrees.
    2. Gently mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
    3. Divide meat mixture into desired size meatballs.
    4. Bake on lined baking sheets in the oven for 10-14 minutes, depending on the size of meatballs.
    Serve with a yummy sauce or dip.
