Yummy chia pudding. Here’s a fun and yummy recipe, you can add any ingredients, we chose banana and maple syrup.
You will need:
1/3 cup white chia seeds
1 Banana mashed
1 x 400ml can light coconut milk
Maple syrup
Combine Chia seeds, banana, coconut milk and Maple Syrup in a bowl.
Divide among serving glasses.
Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours or until the mixture thickens.
Serve with extra banana, chopped, and drizzle with extra maple syrup.
