    The joy with zucchini boats is that you can add fillings of your choice.
    • Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise.
    • Scoop out pulp.
    • Finely chop pulp.
    Now mix the pulp in with the ingredients of your choice.
    E.g.: Chilli beef, chorizo sausage, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs anything!
    Fill the zucchini boats and top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 180° until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden, (around 25-30 minutes).
