    Yummy banana pancakes and no flour is needed! Such an easy recipe, perfect for our little chefs and perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast 🙂

    Ingredients
    1 banana
    2 eggs – beaten
    Pinch of cinnamon
    Dash of vanilla extract

    1. Mash the banana in a bowl add 2 beaten eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and mix well.
    2. Pour 3 pancakes at a time in a greased frying pan and flip when ready. Makes 6.
    Add toppings of your choice 🙂
