    Another nice and easy recipe for our budding chefs! We used gluten-free self raising flour to make ours, so yummy 🙂

    Ingredients
    1 cup Greek Yoghurt
    1 1/2 cups Self-Raising Flour + more if needed
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    Instructions
    • Place Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl, stir in 1 cup of flour.
    • Gradually add in the rest of the flour.
    • Knead dough for a minute or two, on a well-floured surface.
    • Add a little more flour if it’s too sticky.
    • Divide the dough into 6 even portions.
    • Shape with hands or roll out with a rolling pin.
    • Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add naan bread and cook each side until golden.
